Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moh - e -meer. We value your trust and want you to love every piece of jewellery you purchase from us. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Refund Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order has been delivered.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The size, color, or design you received is different from what you ordered.


If any of the above apply, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Mohemeer@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product.

3. Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All jewellery tags, pouches, and boxes must be returned intact.

Exchanges will not be accepted for items damaged due to mishandling, wear and tear, or incorrect storage by the customer.


4. Custom & Sale Items

Please note that customized jewellery, made-to-order pieces, and sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.


5. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days.
